My story
About Mrs. Boudreaux
Hey love! Welcome to my kitchen, where the pots are hot, the seasoning is heavy, and the joy is stirred in with every single recipe. I'm Roshell Boudreaux — wife, mother, grandmother, and a woman who believes food is ministry, family, healing, and celebration all at once.
I grew up watching the women in my family cook with their whole hearts. They didn't need measurements... just wisdom, love, and a little Holy Ghost guidance. And baby, that's exactly how I cook today. If you ever wondered why your grandma's food tasted better — it's because she prayed while she stirred. Won't He do it!
I'm known for my Southern, Creole, and Caribbean fusion — big flavors, tender meats, bold spices, and dishes that make you go, "Girl, look at God!" When I cook, I want you to feel comforted, encouraged, and connected — like you're sitting right at my counter, talking, laughing, and getting your life together while I show you how we do it in the Boudreaux kitchen.
These recipes come straight from my heart and my heritage — simple, soulful, and seasoned with love, because food should bring people together and remind us of what truly matters: family, faith, and good flavor.
